About Us
Since 1984, Bailey and Associates has been serving the citizens of Nova Scotia. Originally known as Bailey and Black, the firm opened its doors on historic Portland Street in downtown Dartmouth. In 1988, the firm was renamed Bailey and Associates to reflect its growing staff of lawyers. Bailey and Associates remained downtown until 1999 when they moved to Metropolitan Place in Dartmouth. In early 2008, Bailey and Associates relocated its offices to the Penthouse Suite of the Royal Bank Building located on Portland Street in Old Dartmouth. In early 2024, Bailey and Associates relocated to Queen Square on Alderney Drive.
